Nước mắm gừng là loại thức chấm thông dụng, gần như linh hồn của nhiều món ăn ngon, kể đến như ốc luộc, ốc nhồi hay món cháo vịt, gỏi vịt... Mỗi người sẽ có một cách làm nước mắm gừng độc đáo riêng bản thân. Cách pha nước mắm gừng truyền thống của RabbitCooking sẽ mang hương vị đậm đà, đong đầy tình yêu thương của mẹ đó.
Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu làm nước mắm gừng: Bóc vỏ tỏi, bỏ cuống ớt. Dùng muỗng hoặc dao cạo sạch vỏ gừng, cắt lát mỏng.
Dùng tay lăn nhẹ chanh trên thớt (giúp chanh khi vắt có nhiều nước hơn), cắt thành những miếng nhỏ, bỏ hạt chanh nếu có.
Chuẩn bị chày và cối, cho 60gr đường phèn vào cối giã thật nhuyễn. Sau đó để riêng ra một cái chén.
Tiếp tục dùng lại cối đó. Đâm nhuyễn các nguyên liệu: 50gr Gừng,3 trái ớt tươi, 4 tép tỏi lớn. Nhớ dùng bàn tay, che miệng cối, để giảm độ văng của nguyên liệu ra bên ngoài nhé.
Chuẩn bị một cái chén lớn. Múc hết hỗn hợp làm nước mắm gừng đã đâm nhuyễn ra chén.
Cách làm nước mắm gừng: Lần lượt nêm vào chén, đường phèn đã giã nhuyễn, 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường trắng, 4 muỗng canh nước mắm. Khuấy đều khoảng 1 phút.
Cuối cùng, vắt 1 lát chanh vào chén nước mắm gừng, khuấy đều 1 lần nữa, hoàn tất rồi đấy. Hãy nếm thử một ít và cân bằng theo khẩu vị nhà mình nhé. Nước mắm gừng rất thích hợp cho các món ốc và các món ăn ngon từ thịt vịt đó. Cách làm nước mắm gừng thật là dễ phải không nào nhưng các bạn nhớ ghi lại để dễ nhớ nhé!!
