Worth the price and good safety device!
Overall, great product! I thought the price was great for the "quantity". I was able to keep 1 and hand out 5 for gifts to family members who are often out alone shopping. The only con is it went off in my pocket one day. Maybe I had something in my pocket that knocked the insert out to set the alarm. This is a pro and con because you don't want it to be too difficult to remove in the event of an emergency, but you don't want it to be too sensitive. I give it 5 stars!!

Shane also wears a personal alarm on his vest so I always have one in arms reach. Living alone it is quite possible to fall and not be able to get up by myself. I have great neighbors that are within earshot of my home. I have told them that I have this personal alarm and they know what sound to listen for if they hear it go off. By the way it is loud enough that if triggered in the center of my home both of my neighbors can hear the alarm if listened for. My neighbor Walter on the Southside of my home was so ecstatic about the alarm that I gave him one and he is extremely pleased with it. Also at the restaurant where I am a Consulting Chef I have given 2 the alarms to women that work for me there. They have attached it to their purse and are very happy with them especially when going to and from their cars at night. A little bit about the alarm. The sound is extremely audible and ear piercing. I like the way the alarm attaches to an object and can easily be activated by pulling on the strap. The pin is inserted through a hole in the side, which is secured by pressure and possibly a magnet inside the alarm preventing it from being pulled out. You would actually have to tug on the straps with a stiff pull to activate the alarm. This makes false activation very rare. The little light on the alarm that is a nice bonus for finding your keys or that item that you seem to have dropped on the way to your car. I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy some as gifts for stocking stuffers during Christmas. What a thoughtful and nice idea for the ones that you love. I highly recommend this alarm to everybody that wants that extra little bit of Peace of Mind.

I like this product. The flash light is bright enough to see your door locks and the noise is loud and will attract attention. They came package nicely in little boxes and wrap in bubble wrap in one main box. I shared mine with family and friends. Also nice to carry when jogging or walking. I am sure they would scare off a stray animal for example.
